Small basic uncommercialised locals’ freehouse within easy walking distance of Llangollen Canal, Trevor Basin and the world famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. Situated down a narrow one-way lane in the lower part of an old industrial village. The smoking area backs on to the original mill stream. Wifi and large screen TV for sports in main bar. No food. One or two ales are served regularly, depending on time of year and business of the pub; Harvest Gold from Offa's Dyke Brewery is always on, Clwyd Gold from Facers brewery is more occasional. Occasional guest beers may be served.
