Formerly a Gentlemen's Club in the 19th Century, it features seventeen chimneys! Now a pub-restaurant, with a wide choice of good value food served all day until 22.00, it is popular with families. The pub is open plan with four distinct areas, albeit none of them reserved for drinkers. Serving up to five real ales plus Old Rosies cider, there are occasional meet-the-brewer nights.
