Previous history as various restaurants and bars but now run by the Big Hand Brewery and transformed into a relaxed alehouse. The main bar area of raised tables and stools, with complimentary newspapers, has a step up to a comfortable side room with an adjacent marvellous cosy cellar area rear including a bagatelle table. Conveniently situated for circumnavigators of Chester's famous Walls or thirsty racegoers. Three Big Hand beers are always available, plus three guests and a real cider on hand pump.
