This welcoming village inn known locally as the Sarn is adjacent to a converted water mill and fish ladder on Wych Brook which marks the boundary with Wales. Excellent value home-cooked meals are served in the homely dining room while drinkers congregate in the convivial lounge and there is also a small games room. The pub provides a rare outlet for Taylor‘s light mild (Golden Best). Closed on Mondays except for Bank Holidays. The partially covered brookside patio garden is a real pleasure on warmer days.
